Opportunity:

Kem Krest is seeking a Warehouse Associate who will be responsible for following procedures to organize and manage inventory using various tools and equipment. Follow safety and maintenance procedures, verify components, and record work order information. Willingness to cross-train and assist other departments based on business needs.

1. Pay: $19.00 per hour
2. Schedule: 7:30 - 4:00 pm
3. Full-time, 40 hours per week
4. Overtime available

Responsibilities:

1. Selects, picks, packs, and stages customer orders as directed by the Warehouse Management System (D365 and AS400).

2. Use handheld RF scanners and warehouse operating systems to accurately perform, picking, packing, shipping and inventory movements.

3. Operate electric pallet jacks (EPJ), manual pallet jacks, and other approved material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

4. Verify product, quantity, batch number, serial number, and inventory status to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

5. Build, stack, wrap, and label pallets to ensure product integrity and compliance with customer and carrier requirements.

6. Stage completed orders in designated outbound lanes or shipping locations as directed by operational processes and WMS instructions.

7. Load outbound shipments once picked, wrapped, audited, and tagged.

8. Work closely with forklift operators and team members to replenish pick locations, move inventory, and support daily workflow requirements.

9. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and 6S principles.

10. Consistently follows all safety procedures, equipment operating guidelines, quality requirements, and work instructions.

11. Supports value-added services, cross-dock operations, repackaging activities, and other warehouse functions as required.

12. Meets productivity, quality, accuracy, and attendance expectations while working with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

13. Assists in other departments as business needs require.

14. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Your Contributions:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
3. Experience using RF scanners, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or material handling equipment preferred.
4. Ability to safely operate an Electric Pallet Jack and other warehouse equipment following training and certification requirements.
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
6. Ability to work within established productivity standards and customer expectations.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks, follow work instructions, and adapt to changing business needs.
8. Basic math, reading, writing, and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.
10. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
11. This job requires physical activity such as lifting boxes up to 60 lbs., moving boxes, operating equipment, standing, walking or blending for extended periods of time.
