You then proceed to delight them by providing exceptional hospitality by treating them like a guest in your home. Attentive service is just the beginning. We’re passionate about our food and providing an exceptional experience by serving, refreshing and delighting each and every guest. Responsibilities Take and collect orders accurately and assist with suggestive selling. Deliver orders to guests and maintain high standards of service. Prepare food and insure product quality. Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment. Be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift 25 to 40 pounds. Perform motions that include pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. Listen to guests, coworkers, and supervisors in person and over loudspeakers or headsets, and read receipts, screens, manuals, and printed directions.
