Senior Caregiver OpportunitySenior Helpers is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one care for clients in the Pittsburgh area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections and prefers a consistent weekday morning schedule and who has experience working with Dementia clients.Schedule:Afternoon shifts (starting 12:00 PM)WeekdaysResponsibilities:Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing/grooming, toileting/incontinence care, bathing, and mobility supportProvide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activitiesAssist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errandsOffer transportation and accompany clients to appointments, outings, or social eventsMonitor clients' overall well-being and report any concernsMaintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all timesQualifications:At least 3-6 months of professional or personal experience in home care, caregiving, or related field (Required)Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (Required)Must be at least 18 years old (Required)Negative results of either a 2-Step TB Test or TB QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test (Required)Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance is a plus.Benefits:Flexible ScheduleCompetitive Pay ($14-16)Daily PayOvertime PayPaid OrientationPaid Time OffPaid Training & DevelopmentPremium Caregiver ProgramEmployee BenefitsReferral ProgramOpportunities for AdvancementMeaningful One-on-One Care Environment24/7 Office Support
