Safely operate the assigned commercial motor vehicle. Provide (on an annual basis) a true and correct copy of your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a list of violations or the certificate as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act. Be physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act Not be disqualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act. Complete or have completed a driver’s road test and has been issued a valid and current certificate of driver’s road test, or its equivalent, in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act. Depending on the truck and/or hauler, you may be required to have a commercial motor vehicle license Depending on the truck and/or hauler, you may be required to have a valid and current Medical Exam certificate or card.
