Job Description Job Description We are seeking experienced and reliable OTR Reefer Drivers to join our team as Refrigerated Freight Specialists with CDL Class A licenses. This position involves managing refrigerated freight across regional routes in California, Arizona, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, with potential frequent long hauls beyond these areas. Drivers will operate independently under the supervision of a fleet supervisor, utilizing GPS navigation, mobile communication apps, and electronic logging devices to ensure efficient and compliant operations. Responsibilities Operate CDL Class A vehicles safely on regional and long-haul routes Manage refrigerated freight to ensure proper temperature control and delivery quality Inspect equipment and vehicles regularly to maintain operational standards Adhere to safety and transportation compliance regulations Maintain accurate driving logs and reports using electronic logging devices Plan and manage routes effectively to meet delivery schedules Communicate with dispatch and fleet supervisors using mobile communication tools Required Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license Minimum 1+ years of CDL driving experience Preferred Qualifications Experience operating CDL Class A refrigerated freight vehicles Knowledge of route planning and vehicle inspection Strong adherence to safety compliance and regulations Effective time management skills $0.60 per mile (loaded) $0.42 per mile (empty)
