Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Greenbush Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor. Our Fleet maintenance supervisors play an important role in ensuring that our equipment runs properly.

Essential Duties:

Responsible for the leadership and direction of the technicians and the health of the equipment. Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Makes timely decisions; Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; Reacts well under pressure. Delegates work assignments, sets expectations, monitors delegated activities, and provides recognition for results. Makes self-available to staff and provides regular performance feedback. Develops subordinates' skills, encourages growth, and fosters quality focus in others. Improves processes, products, and services.

Requirements:

Five (5) or more years of tractor/trailer/forklift mechanical experience. (Required) At least three (3) years of supervisory experience. At least one (1) year of mechanical knowledge is preferred.
