We're looking for a Senior Tax Associate to work in a hybrid capacity. This role offers exposure to diverse client engagements—individuals, partnerships, and corporations—along with opportunities to develop advisory skills beyond compliance.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, and partnerships. Research and resolve intricate tax issues, providing proactive solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with partners and team members on tax planning strategies.
- Potential to mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.

What We're Looking For
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA license.
- 3+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
- Strong technical skills and a passion for solving complex tax challenges.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
