Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates using various online channels, social media platforms, job boards, and networking events.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals through relationships and referrals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of healthcare roles, qualifications, and licensure requirements.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
