If you believe great work starts with valuing people and taking responsibility, you'll feel right at home here.As a Carpenter, you will:Work with hardwoods, laminates, stains, paints, varnishes, plywood, and plastic sheetingCustomize and build projects according to client specificationsPerform caulking, paint preparation, and final assembly tasksExecute construction, fabrication, and finish work with precisionCarry out finish and trim carpentry work in alignment with plans and specificationsMeasure, cut, and install fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, and ceiling panelsClean and prepare units for final completionCollaborate with designers and project managers to ensure project alignmentTroubleshoot and repair issues related to building components and equipmentOperate hand tools including handsaws, table saws, circular saws, and various drillsInstall hardware such as hinges and handles with accuracyReinforce joints and attachments to enhance durability while maintaining aesthetic appealValues: Value all people and have a desire to be a Servant LeaderAttitude: Embrace our culture and our SERVICE valuesEducation: High School Diploma or EquivalentExperience: 3+ years of experiencePerformance: Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholdersDemonstrated strong communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specificationsSkilled in finish carpentry and cabinet installation with attention to detailProficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectivelyCapable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong spatial awareness and ability to visualize project outcomesFlexibility to assist with general construction and fabrication tasks as neededAbility to lift and carry materials weighing 30+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workdayComfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods in a fast-paced environmentStrong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workspaceManufacturing/office environment80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of serviceMedical insurance – 100% employer contribution, participating plans$10K Life insurance – 100% employer contributionDental/Vision – employee contribution401K – 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% matchWeekly payday, every FridayQuarterly profit sharing, up to 20% of annual wagesWe are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
