Plus we offer an additional $0.50 per hour for perfect attendance for the week (per eligibility requirements). We also offer benefits, paid holidays, paid lunches, and sick time off. Duties: Forklift Operators duties vary by department. Duties may include:

• Perform job-related tasks/duties, according to job standards.
• Operate all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s).
• Properly setup all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s).
• Understand safety guidelines that relate to job responsibilities.
• Correctly interpret operational method sheet.
• Perform quality inspections.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of material flow tools.
• Understand visual standards and nonconforming material system.

Position Requirements:

• Must have Forklift experience.
• Must have the ability to lift 10-45 lbs. from floor to shoulder height occasionally.
• Must be able to alternate standing or sitting for up to 10 hours.
• Manual dexterity and grip strength.
• Normal or corrected vision to read directions and visually inspect parts; and to distinguish colors.
• Proficient reading, writing, and math skills.
• Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.
