First Choice Home Health & Hospice Part-Time | 15–20 Hours per Week Monday–Friday Mornings Pay: $19.00–$25.00 per hour Paid Travel Time + Mileage Reimbursement First Choice Home Health & Hospice is hiring a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one personal care to patients in their homes. This is a great opportunity for a CNA looking for a consistent weekday morning schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and a supportive clinical team. Qualifications Required: Current active CNA certification Availability Monday–Friday beginning at 8:00 AM At least 18 years old Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Strong communication skills Comfortable providing personal care in patients' homes

Work Setting Patient homes and residential care settings within the assigned service area.
