Job Description Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.67 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and operations location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking lots, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, manage visitor and contractor entry, and assist with vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow in accordance with site policies. Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence and following Allied Universal and site-specific procedures. Minimum Requirements Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
