This role protects guests, employees, and assets; enforces company and regulatory policies; and responds to incidents or emergencies./ph3How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h3ulliProvide family style service to guests and staff./liliOffer directions, answer questions, and help resolve issues with courtesy and patience for guests and team members./liliAssist with table and slot drops, cash escorts, chip fills, and other money-handling procedures./liliProvide rapid response and assist with medical and safety emergencies./liliDocument incidents clearly using reporting systems./liliEnsure compliance with state gaming regulations, hotel policies, and local laws./liliMonitor all areas on property for suspicious behavior and regulatory violations./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulh3What You Will Need/h3ulliStrong verbal and written communication skills./liliExperience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
