Client Experience Manager

Location: Idaho Boise USA work pattern: Remote Company: Greenstaff Homecare/ ICG-Medical This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and wants to make a genuine impact within healthcare and Homecare. In this role, you’ll be responsible for new business and growing relationships and revenue within your region, while ensuring we continue to deliver a timely, robust, and high-quality Homecare service to our clients. What you’ll be doing: Building and maintaining strong client relationships Maintaining a strong presence in the field and conducting site visits Managing and developing your client pipeline Conducting regular service calls and proactively resolving client queries Working closely with scheduling teams and maintaining client availability Keeping client databases and records accurate and up to date Collaborating with Compliance, Sales, Payroll, and other internal teams Supporting basic payroll queries and timesheet management Identifying opportunities to develop client relationships and maximize growth Delivering an exceptional level of service to our clients and candidates What we’re looking for: 2–3 years’ experience in a Healthcare/Homecare environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills A strong commitment to delivering passion for the elderly and building rapport. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Someone who is comfortable working remotely and in the field Most importantly, someone who shares our Open.
