Bus Driver / Trainee

Job Description
Bus Driver/Trainee Description: Operate a school bus that transports students and other authorized personnel to and from schools or designated locations. Responsible for the safe and orderly transportation of students on assigned route. Responsibilities:
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Complete required bus driver safety training
- Communicate effectively
- Manage student behavior
- Knowledge of student discipline procedure
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
- Able to work with the public and work around children of all ages
Qualifications:
- High School diplomas or equivalent preferred
- Valid Texas commercial driver's license or will train (Endorsement P and S brakes preferred)
- Texas School Bus Driver Certification (Preferred)
- Must pass annual physical
Experience: At least one year experience as school bus driver preferred. Position Type: Full-time
