IT Sales Manager
As an IT Sales Representative focused on existing client accounts in NYC, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our current clients who require ongoing IT staffing and Statement of Work (SOW) services. Your role involves understanding their evolving needs, presenting relevant solutions, and ensuring continued client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients who have ongoing IT staffing and SOW service needs.
- Continuously engage with clients to understand their changing IT staffing and project management requirements through regular discussions and consultations.
- Present the advantages of our IT staffing and SOW services and demonstrate how they align with the evolving needs and goals of existing clients.
- Collaborate with the client to develop customized staffing and SOW solutions that adapt to their changing requirements and project scopes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, SOW best practices, and emerging technologies to provide ongoing guidance and insights to clients.
- Work closely with our IT staffing and SOW teams to ensure that services are delivered in alignment with the evolving needs and expectations of existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for renewals and upselling of services within the existing client base.
- Prepare and present staffing proposals and SOW documents for renewals and expansions, negotiate terms, and finalize service agreements.
- Ensure that our services consistently meet or exceed the expectations of existing clients and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Proven experience in IT staffing sales, SOW consulting, or a similar role, with a strong focus on account management.
- Strong knowledge of IT staffing, recruitment, and SOW concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client account management.
