Housekeeping Room AttendantAs a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of each guest room to deliver unmatched service excellence to our guests.ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping Room Attendant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to meet established cleanliness standardsChange bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest comfortDust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearanceVacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallwaysReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptlyRestock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working conditionAssist with special cleaning projects as required by management or during peak periodsUphold the highest standards of hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiriesOther duties as assignedQualificationsWhat are we looking for?Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidaysAvailable to work 8 AM - 4 PM shiftPrevious experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred, particularly within hotel or hospitality settingsAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentPhysical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyPassion for providing exceptional service to guests and team membersProven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detailTeamwork and collaborationMust be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisorsBenefitsQualifying team members may enjoy the following benefits:Medical and Dental insuranceSupplemental insurance plans (ex.
