vehicle health while creating exceptional customer experiences.Perform oil changes and filter replacementsCheck and communicate oil levels and vehicle conditions to teammatesInspect and refill vehicle fluids as neededVerify proper tire pressure and perform basic tire inspectionsComplete multi-point vehicle inspectionsInstall oil drain plugs and filters according to manufacturer standardsLubricate vehicle components as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaDeliver outstanding customer service with every interactionService Technician ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Technician, you'll diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles while helping customers keep their vehicles operating safely and efficiently.Vehicle Diagnostics & RepairPerform work outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standardsDiagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic equipmentRepair and maintain engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC systemsTest-drive vehicles and verify repairsPerform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specificationsMaintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting productivity goalsCustomer Communication & TeamworkCommunicate directly with Service Advisors regarding repair recommendationsProvide accurate estimates for additional repairs when neededHelp ensure customers understand vehicle needs and repair timelinesCollaborate with Parts and Service teams to maximize efficiencyShop OperationsProperly operate diagnostic equipment, tools, and shop machineryMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work
