IT Project Lead
Seeking an IT Project Lead with experience managing global IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure. Responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, risk/issue resolution, scope, cost, schedule management, and ensuring compliance with corporate IT standards.
Must Have Skills:
- IT Project Management experience
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder, risk, issue, and change management skills
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional/global environments
Responsibilities:
- Lead global IT initiatives and project teams
- Manage full project lifecycle
- Track project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables
- Provide status updates and recommendations to leadership
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Experience in matrix/global organizations preferred
