VP of Investor Relations - AI Hardware & IPO Readiness
D-Matrix Corp.
d-Matrix seeks a VP of Investor Relations to build the IR function from the ground up, partnering with the CEO, CFO, and executive team. The role bridges engineering milestones and investor communication, with travel to events as needed and a focus on communicating a compelling AI hardware story.
You will own the equity narrative, manage investor relations, and coordinate with Finance, Legal, and outside counsel to support future IPO readiness and regulatory disclosures.
