Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Fluency in a second language; experience working with bilingual populations strongly preferred
• Experience in school-based settings is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success
• Conduct screenings and evaluations, document progress, and prepare reports as required
• Provide direct therapy and consultation services as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
