New York Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

Supporting high-volume inbound call activity, the temporary New York Licensed Medicare Sales Agent will qualify prospective members for Medicare Advantage plans and assist with enrollment in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Handle inbound sales calls in a high-volume call center environment Qualify prospective members to assess their fit for Medicare Advantage plans Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system while multitasking across multiple screens Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED 1+ year of Medicare and/or commercial sales experience Minimum 1 year of customer service, direct selling, or telemarketing sales experience (preferred) New York Life Accident and Health license; reimbursement available for obtaining licensure Experience with computer-based documentation systems or CRM software
