On-Site Project Quality Leader II

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on a capital project from the owner's side: write the project quality plan, set surveillance and audit programs for contractors and suppliers, qualify vendors and inspection subcontractors, and report quality performance to the project manager and the owner's quality organization.
