Potential employment opportunities exist for: Manufacturing Associate Position Overview The Manufacturing Associate I is an entry-level position responsible for performing basic production tasks in a nicotine manufacturing environment. Working under close supervision, this role assists with material handling, equipment operation, and process monitoring to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing of nicotine or nicotine-derived products. The Manufacturing Associate I follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain product quality and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks including weighing, measuring, mixing, and transferring raw materials used in nicotine production.
• Assist in operating and cleaning production equipment such as reactors, extractors, filters, and packaging machinery.
• Follow written procedures (SOPs) and batch records accurately to ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor production parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, flow rates) and report deviations to senior operators or supervisors.
• Record data and observations clearly and accurately in logs, forms, or electronic systems.
• Assist with material handling activities, including labeling, moving, and staging of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and GMP standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE (e.g., gloves, respirators, goggles).
• Participate in training sessions and safety meetings to build understanding of plant operations and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and team initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing, industrial technology, or chemical processing preferred.
• 02 years of experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or production environment (nicotine, pharmaceutical, or food-grade preferred).
• Experience with basic mechanical or process equipment operation is a plus.

Manufacturing Technician Position Overview This role is responsible for assisting in the operation of manufacturing processes in a nicotine, caffeine, and vitamin production facility. This position supports the safe and efficient manufacture of nicotine and alternative-based products by following established procedures, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), environmental, and safety standards. The Manufacturing Technician I works under close supervision and gains foundational experience in process operations and equipment handling. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with routine production operations, including nicotine extraction, purification, formulation, and packaging activities.
• Operate basic production equipment and perform manual handling of materials under direct supervision.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and safety instructions to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Accurately measure, weigh, and record materials used in the manufacturing process.
• Monitor and report process conditions such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates to supervisors or senior technicians.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with 5S and GMP standards.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and preparation between production runs.
• Complete production logs and data sheets accurately and in real time.
• Identify and communicate any equipment malfunctions, process deviations, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements, including proper use of PPE and safe handling of nicotine and chemicals.

Material Handler Position Overview This role responsible is responsible for receiving, moving, staging, and controlling inventory of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods in a nicotine manufacturing plant. The role ensures materials are handled safely, stored properly, and accurately documented in compliance with GMP, EHS, and company standards. Key Responsibilities

• Safely receive, stage, and transport raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods within the plant.
• Move materials to and from production lines, warehouses, and storage areas.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) according to safety standards and certifications.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks, trailers, or containers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of materials according to GMP and company requirements.
• Report shortages, overages, or damaged materials to supervisors.
