Learn Derm is a 12-month, immersive training experience led by our esteemed Physicians and Medical Market Directors. This program combines in-depth education with real-world clinical exposure to help you become a confident, skilled dermatology provider.Upon successful completion of the program, candidates are guaranteed placement at a specific clinic location, which will be mutually agreed upon prior to receiving an official offer. Program Highlights Training: Participate in one-on-one training in El Paso or Dallas, TX, for your 12 months of didactic and clinical education. Daily Clinical Rotations:Immerse yourself in hands-on clinic shadowing to maximize your exposure to a highly diverse range of skin conditions. Flexible Study Resources:Supplement your clinic experience with provided textbooks and online learning materials for self-paced, at-home study. Hands‑On Practice:Step out of the classroom and directly into clinical practice to rapidly solidify your real-world skills. Milestone Assessments:Track your professional growth with structured, milestone-based skill assessments designed to support your progress.
