Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and achieve maximum independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy interventions and therapeutic activities
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• New graduates and therapists with less than one year of experience will be considered
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
