Job Description Allied Universal Security is Seeking a Part Time Security Shift Supervisor. The Site is a Major Automaker in Dearborn, MI. Candidates Must Sucessfully Complete Level 2 Training, such as Confined Space Rescue, Incipient Fire Fighting, Hazardous Materials Training, etc. Candidates Must Be Clean-Shaven In Order to Complete This Training. The Position Starts At $23.84/ hour. The Shift is Sunday, 7A-3P, With Additional Hours as Available. Weekly pay and Daily pay options available. Security and Supervisory experience preferred. Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor . Must have valid drivers license for more than one year. The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.. Responsibilities Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
