The Springs of Mt. Vista is seeking dedicated and compassionate **Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)** and **Registered Nurses (RNs)** to join our team with a $5,000 sign on bonus . We have an immediate opening for a weekend * days or night shifts* with flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem scheduling.

Role Overview – Charge Nurse:

Charge Nurses are responsible for supervising daily nursing care and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will help lead your unit and promote high-quality, resident-centered care.

 

Requirements:

- Current Arkansas LPN or RN license (or recent graduate eligible for licensure)
