USMA Field Training Associate Director

Vertex Pharmaceuticals seeks a Commercial Training Associate Director to lead marketing competency model adoption and drive commercial excellence initiatives across the global organization. The role involves designing training programs, establishing success metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance marketing capabilities and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Drive organizational adoption of the Marketing Competency Model globally and locally
- Lead communications strategy and coordinate rollout with senior commercial leaders
- Design and develop eModules and instructor-led training courses for marketing proficiency levels
- Establish metrics for competency model and marketing university program success
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to identify marketing best practices and innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years pharmaceutical marketing or commercial function experience
- Expertise driving systemic change and innovation in matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence at all levels
- Experience developing program metrics, KPIs, and product strategy components
- Track record leading organizational change initiatives and inspiring adoption
Compensation: $157,000 - $235,600 base
