Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of client mood disorders, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms to inform treatment approaches.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients' goals and preferences.

  • Educate clients and their families on mood disorders and effective treatment options, ensuring they are well-informed and involved in their care journey.

  • Monitor and track client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to enhance integrated care for clients.

  • Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment to continually improve intervention strategies.

  • Maintain detailed and private documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Asia Medic, you will primarily work with clients facing challenges in relationships, particularly those experiencing divorce, familial conflicts, and emotional distress. Your therapeutic approach will focus on fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings, gain insights, and develop coping strategies. By designing personalized treatment plans, you will assist clients in navigating complex emotional landscapes and guide them towards healthier relationships.

  • A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

The Asia Medic Diagnostic and Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
