Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – NEW RATES! $20.00–$23.75/Hour

Complete Care at Mercerville is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) team members who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will provide hands-on care that supports the comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being of our residents.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility

• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms

• Stock rooms with needed supplies and equipment

• Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being

• Follow all applicable state, local, and federal healthcare regulations

• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Active, unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to quality resident care
