Financial Reporting Analyst We are currently seeking candidates for a Financial Reporting Analyst position at a highly successful financial services firm located in Quincy, MA. The Financial Reporting Analyst will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning related to third‑party risk management and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of financial reporting experience with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning in financial services. This is a 6-9+ month contract position paying between $40-$50/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model. Responsibilities Facilitate third‑party risk management and procurement processes surrounding intake, sourcing coordination, contract renewals, supplier management, vendor spend governance, and purchase order support. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc reporting requests. Develop financial models and scenario analysis. Ensure financial tracking, planning and targets are aligned with company goals. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including global technology, finance, procurement, human resources and third‑party risk management. Identify and resolve problems and contribute to process improvement. Review and evaluate current tools in support of budgeting and planning processes. Perform ad-hoc reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or related field (required). 3-5+ years of financial reporting experience with strong budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning focus in financial services. Previous experience using Power BI, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Workday, Power Apps, and Power Automate, and AI tools. Previous experience with Beeline or similar budget/procurement platform. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) a plus, but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring timeliness and accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
