Mercy is seeking an Ada Med Surg Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions. In this fast-paced unit, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and IV therapies, monitor patient status, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will educate patients and families, support safe discharges, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
