Minimum

2 years IR Tech experience Must be proficient in:

Peripheral vascular IR Neuro vascular IR Scrubbing both peripheral and neuro cases

Required Certifications:

ARRT BLS Indiana license required

Required Skills/Procedures

Experience with: Angiograms Angioplasty & stent placement Embolization Nephrostomy/nephogram Venous access & central lines Thrombectomy/thrombolysis Upper/lower extremity vascular studies Drainages Neuro IR procedures IVC filters PE thrombectomy Intracranial thrombectomy Additional Info Cerner experience preferred Floating required within IU Health system Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted) Up to 5 days non-holiday RTO may be auto-approved Candidate must work 2 of 3 major holidays 2 supervisor references required SSN & DOB required at submission Travel experience preferred but not mandatory 41 () About LanceSoft
