Responsibilities Our Clinical Nurses (RN) in IR independently provide care to adult patients presenting for pain and multi‑ogram minimally‑invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using medical imaging guidance, including pre, intra, post‑procedure management. The IR Nurse routinely administers procedural sedation for the IR patient. Working with a dedicated team, the RN provides evidence‑based, high quality care, including patient assessment and treatment, and serves as a resource for other team members. Requirements Qualifications: A diploma/degree from an accredited nursing school (a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, or agreement to enroll within six months of employment) A license (RN) to practice in Maryland or the ability to obtain a Maryland license based on timeframe of licensing board At least two years of clinical nursing experience in critical care and/or Interventional care required Healthcare Provider‑Level CPR (BLS) certification ACLS certification Min USD $38.58/Hr. Max USD $69.44/Hr. Salary Information Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid‑portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
