Seeking a framer with 2 or more years experience!

Framer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Construct and assemble wall, floor, and roof framing components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Install doors, windows, and other structural building components.
• Measure, cut, and fasten lumber and other materials accurately.
• Ensure all framing work meets quality standards and building requirements.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform general construction labor as needed to support project completion.
• Inspect work areas and finished structures for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and project deadlines.

Framer Qualifications:

• Previous framing experience required.
• General construction labor experience required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction calculations.
• Knowledge of framing methods, materials, and construction practices.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
