As Groundskeeper at Ridgeline at Canton Apartments, you will be responsible for keeping the grounds and caring for the exterior of buildings as well as housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and some light maintenance work.Location: Ridgeline at Canton ApartmentsSchedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PMResponsibilities:Grounds maintenance and caring for exterior of buildings.Housekeeping and janitorial tasksOther general maintenance duties as necessaryQualifications:One to two years of grounds keeping experience in multi-family/residential propertiesMust have reliable transportation and be able to travel to other properties, if neededMust have basic set of toolsBe responsible and reliableHave a positive attitudeFriedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
