Job Summary

The Junior Loan Officer position is designed for experienced sales professionals who are looking to build a long-term career in the mortgage industry. In this role, you'll participate in our comprehensive Academy program, where you'll receive the training, support, and resources needed to earn your mortgage license and develop the skills to become a successful Loan Officer.

Throughout the program, you'll learn about the mortgage process, lending products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management while working alongside experienced leaders and mentors. Upon successfully obtaining your license, passing the required exams, and completing the Academy training, you'll transition into a Licensed Loan Officer role, where you'll begin working directly with customers and building your own pipeline.

  The Person:

• Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience (in any capacity whether full time or part time)
• Desire to Succeed
• Motivated, Competitive, and Driven
• Great Communicator and Relationship Builder
• Microsoft Office Proficient required (utilization of Outlook a must)

The Perks: 

• Commission on Closed/Funded Loans along with state/local minimum wage base hourly
• Work/Life Balance: 40 hours/week Monday – Friday
