Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current Speech Therapy license in the state of GA
• Current CPR certification
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week
• Daily travel to patient homes is required
• Travel to more than one location within a work shift is required
• Work takes place in patient homes
