Who We Are Looking For:

• Express Lane Techs
• Express Lane Maintenance Repair Techs
• All levels of techs from C,B,A, and Master
• Even automotive school students that want to apprentice

Qualifications:

• Virginia State Inspectors License, in process, or willing to get it
• 1+ Years of automotive maintenance and service experience.
• Strong teamwork skills
• Great attitude
• Valid drivers license and good driving record

Responsibilities For Technicians:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership requirements and the upmost ethics
• Perform Virginia State Inspections, maintenance, alignments, minor brake and suspension work
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
