• Assemble metal spools and related parts following clear work instructions and technical drawings.
• Use hand tools, jigs, and basic fabrication equipment confidently and safely.
• Perform spot welding to secure components (experience preferred).
• Inspect completed assemblies to verify quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for the next build.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies without compromise.
• Jump in to support other production or shop tasks when needed.

• Hands-on background in metal assembly (required).
• Ability to read basic drawings or follow structured assembly instructions.
• Comfort with hand tools and working in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craft.
• Spot welding experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus for some team communication.

• Stand for extended periods during your shift.
