Job Description

We are seeking experienced Long Term Care (LTC) Nurses to provide exceptional care in a supportive environment. This role focuses on delivering quality healthcare services to residents requiring assistance with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable travel experience.
• At least 2 years of Long Term Care (LTC) experience.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is preferred; be prepared to discuss if not listed on your resume.
• Current nursing license, in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

Typical shifts will be 8 hours in length. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as shifts can vary. Availability for both day and night shifts is required.

Shift Times

• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Holiday Requirements

Travelers are required to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays. Each traveler will discuss holiday availability during orientation.

Contract Length

This position offers contracts ranging from 16 to 18 weeks, with the potential to extend.

Facility Environment

You will be working in a facility with an average census of 95 residents. The average care ratios are:

• CNA: 1:12
• LPN: 1:18
• RN: 1:18
