What You'll Do:
As a Physical Therapist in our LTC facility, you will evaluate, plan, and execute personalized treatment programs to optimize patients' physical functioning and recovery. You'll utilize evidence-based assessments and procedures, from therapeutic exercises to wound care, ensuring each patient receives high-quality, compassionate care. You'll monitor progress, adjust treatments, and collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver comprehensive and effective patient services. Required Skills:

• Current, valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, wound care, and functional assessments
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to develop and modify treatment plans based on patient progress
• Proficient documentation and record-keeping skills in electronic health record systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in long-term care or similar settings
• Familiarity with DME procurement and supply management
• Supervisory experience with rehab aides or students
• Knowledge of current APTA standards and ethical practices

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Prior experience in LTC, rehab, or outpatient settings is highly valued

• Ability to work days shifts in Haverhill, MA
