Personal Care Assistant

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part time Personal Care Assistant to provide behavior services for a local early intervention pre school program in Lansdale, PA. This position does require the ability to work with a student that needs mobility assistance and experience working with children. Hours are approximately 9am to 2pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming. Collecting data on all programming and write progress notes.
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures
• Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management skills through daily documentation.
• Maintain acceptable attendance status, per Agency policy
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum one year of behavior experience working with children
• Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances
