Senior Accountant

Soni is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Senior Accountant to join their Corporate Accounting team in Franklin, TN. This is a fully onsite role offering strong visibility, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to play a key role in the company’s financial reporting and close processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general ledger accounting, a passion for applying accounting principles, and the ability to analyze financial data for accuracy and completeness. Responsibilities Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare and post journal entries based on detailed financial analysis Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies Compile and review financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness Assist with state and local tax filings, including sales & use and property taxes Prepare documentation for internal and external audits Maintain accurate records in compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Partner with the Accounting Manager and leadership on reporting, analysis, and special projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required 4+ years of general accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams ERP system experience required (D365 a plus) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Fully onsite role in Franklin, TN (not hybrid/remote) Opportunity to join a stable, growing organization with strong leadership and team culture Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 + Bonus Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Soni
