Schedule:

• Weekend Supervisor (Saturday & Sunday)
• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
• Oversee clinical operations and assist with staffing needs
• Handle admissions, discharges, and incident reporting
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team
• Promote a positive and team-focused work environment

Position Summary:

The RN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for managing clinical staff and operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality patient care, compliance, and efficient teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical activities
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Address and resolve patient and family concerns
• Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and safety
• Manage staffing levels and adjust as necessary

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Prior supervisory experience in healthcare
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
