Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible West Virginia SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY) also welcome
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly desired
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven interventions
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for K-12 students
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
