As a HHA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients who may be recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or dealing with physical challenges.

About the Role:

As a HHA, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administering medications and performing wound care as needed
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition management
• Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to our team

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and assistance to clients in their homes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans
• Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records and reports, and communicate effectively with our team

Requirements:

• Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of New York
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1+ year of experience working as a HHA or in a related field; experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities a plus
