Qualifications And Experience Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Prior experience working in K-12 schools preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Passion for student growth and personalized intervention plans Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Deliver evidence-based therapy to students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Provide progress monitoring and detailed documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams Adapt interventions to accommodate students’ unique challenges and learning environments Imagine guiding students toward clearer communication and greater confidence every day.
