Triage RN

Job Description

The daily responsibilities of the RN will include providing in-person triage and clinical support to oncology patients receiving chemotherapy and infusion treatments. They will assess patients for treatment-related symptoms and side effects, perform nursing evaluations, provide education, and collaborate with providers to determine appropriate interventions and follow-up care. The RN will be responsible for documenting all patient assessments, communications, and care plans accurately within the EMR. Throughout the day, they will also manage patient concerns, coordinate care across the multidisciplinary team, and assist with clinical decision-making to ensure safe and timely treatment.

Skills and Requirements

• Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Florida

• Hematology/Oncology experience

Current BLS certification Triage experience
